Why I Made This Resource

Every day, I hear women saying things like, "I feel an aching and tightness" or "I’ve tried doing Kegels, but they seem to make my pain worse". Many feel isolated, thinking they’re the only ones struggling with this and unsure how to find relief.

The truth is, pelvic pain and tension are incredibly common, yet few people talk about it. What makes it even harder is the lack of a clear, easy-to-follow path to recovery. Pelvic floor dysfunction—whether it’s chronic tightness, discomfort, or pain—often goes unrecognised or dismissed by partners, friends, and even healthcare professionals.

A common belief is that strengthening the pelvic floor is always the answer, but for many women, relaxation is just as important. The good news? There are effective ways to release tension, ease pain, and restore balance.

As women, we’re resourceful and often turn to the internet for solutions. But much of the information out there is overwhelming, expensive, or lacks actionable steps you can actually follow.

That’s why I created this Pelvic Pain Relaxation Resource —designed to help you release tension, reduce discomfort, and regain control of your pelvic health.
