Every day, I hear from women saying things like, "I pee my pants when I work out" or "I leak when I sneeze." I see women feeling isolated, thinking they’re the only ones dealing with this, and unsure how to fix it.
The truth is, we're all facing the same struggles, but no one feels comfortable talking about it. What makes it even worse is that there isn’t a clear, easy-to-follow path to recovery.
