As a women’s and pelvic health physiotherapist, I know that healing happens in a supportive community. Group physiotherapy offers a space where you can move with confidence, rebuild strength, and connect with others on a similar journey.

Too often, pelvic health concerns like incontinence or prolapse, and musculoskeletal conditions like back pain, postnatal recovery and weight loss feel isolating—but they don’t have to be. In group physiotherapy sessions, one of our therapists; Xanthe, Nancy or Myself combine evidence-based exercises with fun challenges to help Aussies improve core and pelvic floor function in a safe environment.

Whether you're looking to regain strength, reduce symptoms, or simply move better, these sessions are designed to support you.
