She is devoted to client-centered care, combining manual therapy with clinical exercise and ergonomic advice to help clients achieve meaningful goals. When Lisa isn’t talking about all things pelvic floor, you’ll find her in the gym, Pilates studio or out in the bush walking or hiking.

She is devoted to client-centered care, combining manual therapy with clinical exercise and ergonomic advice to help clients achieve meaningful goals. Qualifications

Nancy is an experienced Allied Health Assistant with a strong background in pelvic health physiotherapy, having worked for many years overseas before relocating to Australia. She is currently awaiting physiotherapy registration and works with our physiotherapy team, supporting clients through treatment plans designed by Lisa and Xanthe.
Nancy is passionate about the pelvic floor and takes a hands-on, supportive approach to helping clients build confidence and consistency with their exercises. She also enjoys soft tissue therapy, lymphatic drainage massage and guiding patients through tailored programs to help them achieve their goals.
Known for her warm nature, Nancy is dedicated to creating a positive and empowering environment for every client she works with.

Xanthe is a compassionate physiotherapist with a special interest in paediatric pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She enjoys helping children, adolescents, and adults to live life to the fullest and is committed to providing evidence-based, person-centred care that supports long-term health and independence.
Xanthe has a strong interest in working with children and families, supporting a range of paediatric continence concerns such as bedwetting, daytime wetting, and constipation, alongside general musculoskeletal conditions. She believes in empowering both children and their parents with practical strategies that fit into everyday life and promote confidence and independence.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Xanthe at the gym, on the ski slopes, cooking up a storm, or ensuring quality control at a good local café.
