WHY

So you can finally feel confident and in control of your body!

Presented by Lisa Moffatt

Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

As a women’s and pelvic health physiotherapist, I believe every woman (at any age) deserves the knowledge and tools to feel strong, confident, and in control of their body. Too often, women are told that issues like incontinence and prolapse are just “part of getting older”—but that’s simply not true.

I’m on a mission to break the silence around pelvic health by sharing my expertise, so women can get the support they deserve. Through education, community, and open conversations, I want to empower women to take charge of their health and well-being.

Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

As a women’s and pelvic health physiotherapist, I believe every Aussie mum deserves the knowledge and tools to feel strong, confident, and in control of their body. Too often, women are told that issues like incontinence and postnatal pain are just “part of being a mum”—but that’s simply not true.

I’m on a mission to break the silence around pelvic health by sharing my expertise, so mums can get the support they deserve. Through education, community, and open conversations, I want to empower women to take charge of their health and well-being.

Why I Developed This Program

Every day, I hear from women saying things like, "I pee my pants when I work out" or "I leak when I sneeze." I see women feeling isolated, thinking they’re the only ones dealing with this, and unsure how to fix it.

The truth is, we're all facing the same struggles, but no one feels comfortable talking about it. What makes it even worse is that there isn’t a clear, easy-to-follow path to recovery. Pelvic floor dysfunction (bladder leakage) is common, yet it’s often overlooked or dismissed by family, friends and health professionals.

A common mindset among mums is, "everyone pees when they jump, bounce, or sneeze," but just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s healthy. The good news is, this is something that can be treated effectively.

As women, we’re resourceful and often turn to the internet for information to help us recover. However, I noticed that much of the available information is either expensive, inaccurate, or lacks practical steps you can actually implement.

A recent study found that 25% of women experience bladder leakage — that's 1 in 4 women dealing with pelvic floor disorders. That’s far too many women suffering from pelvic muscle weakness in silence.

That’s why I made it my mission to help as many women as possible find a path to restore their pelvic health.
